Nanolumens — NovaStar H5
Project Overview
A curved Nanolumens P0.9 Flex GOB display was installed for InfoComm 2026 in Las Vegas. Its slim, cabinet-free construction and sculpted outline created the impression of an LED canvas floating in front of the booth wall.
System
The P0.9 Flex GOB modules mount directly onto a shaped metal frame, eliminating traditional LED cabinets. Encapsulated receiving-card and power electronics support the slim construction, with a NovaStar H5 handling display processing.
Challenge
The new construction method made the installation challenging at times. The curved frame, flexible modules, and exposed outline required careful alignment and fitting to achieve a continuous finished surface.
Execution
The team aligned the metal frame, connected the electronics, and fitted the flexible modules along the curve. The build progressed from the exposed frame to a complete display, with checks throughout to preserve the intended shape and finish.
Outcome
The completed display brought the futuristic booth concept to life with a smooth curve and a floating visual effect. Seeing the new technology come together made a demanding installation especially rewarding.
