Petukhov Inc (doing business as PETUKHOV LED, "we", "us", or "our") operates the website petukhovled.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, with whom we share it, and your rights regarding that information. By using the Site or submitting any form, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Who We Are
Petukhov Inc is a Florida-based field engineering company that provides LED installation, commissioning, and pre-deployment technical review services to AV integrators, manufacturers, and related businesses throughout the United States. 2. Information We Collect
2.1 Information you provide directly
When you submit a project inquiry through our contact or service request forms, we collect: your name; your business email address; your phone number (optional); your company name and role (e.g., Integrator, Manufacturer, Live Production); service type, project type, and installation type you selected; your message and any file attachments you upload (up to 10 files, 25 MB each); and your expected project date.
When you subscribe to our Signal Flow newsletter, we collect your email address and your consent to receive communications.
When you use the live chat widget (powered by Crisp), you may voluntarily share your name, email, and message content. Crisp processes this data under its own privacy policy.
2.2 Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, our servers and analytics tools automatically record: your IP address; browser type and version; operating system; referring URL; pages visited and time spent; and UTM campaign parameters if you arrive via a tracked link.
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to aggregate this data for traffic analysis. GA4 sets cookies on your device. You can opt out of GA4 tracking by using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or by declining cookies when presented with a consent prompt.
2.3 Cookies
The Site uses cookies for analytics (Google Analytics 4), live chat functionality (Crisp, if enabled), and session management. You may disable cookies in your browser settings; some features of the Site may not function correctly if you do.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to: respond to project inquiries and provide service quotes; schedule and coordinate field engineering engagements; send the Signal Flow newsletter and relevant operational updates (with your consent); analyze traffic and improve Site performance; prevent fraud and spam (honeypot fields); and comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Where applicable (e.g., for contacts from the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom): we process inquiry data on the basis of legitimate interest in responding to business requests; newsletter subscriptions on the basis of your explicit consent; and compliance obligations on the basis of legal requirement. You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
5. Third-Party Service Providers
We share your information only with service providers necessary to operate the Site and deliver our services:
Resend (email delivery) — transmits transactional and newsletter emails. Resend processes data on servers in the United States under Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
Neon / Vercel — host our database and web infrastructure. Lead submissions and newsletter subscriber records are stored in a Neon PostgreSQL database and on Vercel infrastructure.
Google LLC — Google Analytics 4 collects anonymized usage data. See Google's privacy policy at policies.google.com.
Crisp (optional live chat) — if the chat widget is enabled, Crisp collects session and message data under its own privacy policy at crisp.chat.
Inngest — processes background jobs (e.g., sending notification emails after a lead is submitted). No personal data is stored by Inngest beyond what is required to execute the job.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
6. File Attachments
Files you attach to a project inquiry (drawings, photos, specifications) are uploaded to secure cloud storage (Vercel Blob) and associated with your lead record. These files are used solely for evaluating and responding to your project request and are accessible only to authorized personnel.
7. Data Retention
We retain inquiry and lead data for as long as necessary to fulfill the business relationship and comply with applicable legal obligations — typically up to 3 years after the last interaction. Newsletter subscriber records are retained until you unsubscribe. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 9).
8. Data Security
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including TLS encryption for data in transit and access controls for data at rest. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to: access a copy of the personal information we hold about you; correct inaccurate information; request deletion of your data; withdraw consent for newsletter communications (use the unsubscribe link in any email or contact us directly); and, where applicable under GDPR or UK GDPR, restrict or object to processing or request data portability.

10. Children's Privacy
The Site is directed at business professionals and is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
11. Links to Third-Party Sites
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and encourage you to review their policies independently.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
