Project Overview

Working with ReveLux, we deployed two LED walls totaling 162 panels in a newly completed section of a church in Ozark, Missouri. Both displays were designed as architectural installations integrated into the finished space.

System

The deployment consisted of two LED displays built from a combined 162 panels. Each wall was installed within a dedicated architectural reveal, creating a clean, integrated appearance rather than a surface-mounted display.

Challenge

Upon arriving on site, we discovered that the completed reveals did not provide enough clearance for the LED displays to fit as designed. With the surrounding construction already finished and the installation scheduled, the dimensional conflict had to be resolved before either wall could move forward. Fortunately, the reveals were constructed from material that could be modified without requiring major reconstruction.

Execution

The issue was identified immediately and coordinated with the team on site. The appropriate trade was able to mobilize quickly and make the necessary adjustments to both reveals while the LED crew continued preparing the installation. Once the openings were corrected, the displays were built, aligned, and commissioned without pushing the project off schedule.

Outcome

Both LED walls were completed on schedule despite the unexpected architectural conflict. The adjusted reveals provided the required fit while preserving the intended finished appearance, allowing all 162 panels to integrate cleanly into the new space.
