Challenge
The project was already underway when PETUKHOV joined the deployment, with two rows of cabinets installed and the mounting structure in place. During installation it became apparent that the rear mounting system had not been plumbed correctly. Correcting structural alignment after cabinets have already been installed is significantly more challenging than addressing the issue before installation begins. Any adjustment affects the existing wall geometry and must be carefully calculated to avoid introducing visible inconsistencies across the display surface.
Execution
Measurements and calculations were performed to determine the required adjustments and bring the mounting system back into plane. The structure was progressively corrected while maintaining alignment with the cabinets already installed. Careful attention was given to cabinet positioning, seam consistency, and overall wall flatness throughout the installation process.
Outcome
The display was successfully completed ahead of the allotted schedule and achieved a seamless finished appearance. From side viewing angles the wall presented a mirror-like surface with no visible seams, transitions, or compromises in alignment. The completed showroom display now serves as a demonstration of the visual performance and precision expected from a flagship fine-pitch installation.
