Challenge
An upstream device could not output the display’s custom resolution at the required 60 Hz. The limitation needed to be addressed in the source workflow so the completed LED installation could operate correctly.
Execution
The displays were commissioned, and the upstream output limitation was identified. The team was advised to use a standard 3840 × 2160 output at 60 Hz, with the content windowed within that canvas to match the display’s native pixel dimensions.
Outcome
The commissioning scope was completed, and the team received a practical output workflow for working within the upstream device’s limitations. The installation crew’s work provided a solid foundation for this final stage.
