Project Overview
Working with SoFlo Studio, we supported the LED deployment for POSSIBLE Miami 2024, bringing seven LED displays online across the event. The installation used Unilumin UPADIII panels to create multiple canvases designed around different areas and applications throughout the venue.
System
Seven Unilumin UPADIII LED displays were deployed across the event, including large-format presentation surfaces and an interview backdrop. The rental platform allowed the displays to be configured around the event's creative requirements while maintaining consistency across the installation.
Challenge
With seven displays serving different purposes throughout an active event environment, the deployment required coordination between the LED crew, production teams, and event schedule. Each screen needed to be built, aligned, tested, and ready for content within a limited production window.
Execution
Working alongside the SoFlo Studio technical crew, all seven systems were assembled and commissioned for the event. The combination of LED architecture and Miami-inspired creative content made the displays part of the environment rather than simply presentation screens. The interview backdrop became particularly effective on site, creating a recognizable visual setting that naturally encouraged attendees to step in front of the camera.
Outcome
The finished displays helped define several of the event's key spaces. Strong graphics paired with the LED architecture drew attendees toward the installations, while the interview backdrop became an active part of the event experience and generated additional on-camera engagement.
